STOP POLLUTING
All over the world pollution
is getting worse; The
pollution is killing the
animals and plants.
We should cut down on
those little things that we
don't need, like motor hikes,
lawn mowers and even
smoking..
Smoking is had for your
health, smells awful, looks
had and pollutes the air.
If I was the Prime Minister
of Canada, as a Christmas
gift I „would make Rene
Levesque stop smoking.

The thing i want to change
the most is my brains. The
reason I said that is because
of school. This must he my
brainless season or
something because I'm doing
badly in school:
I am going to change this
after Christmas holidaya!t end.
he a good half decent after
that.
Thc second thing would he
to stop chewing my finger

WHAT I SHOULD
CHANGE IN '78
My improvements will be
bigger this year. I- should
save my money' so 1 will have
money almost all the time.
wouldn't have to borrow
money from my parents.
I should pay more attention
in school so I know what our
assignments are for the next
eta y.
i won't make any more
resolutions because they are
usually broken anyway.

Eisler to clamp down •
Dick Eisler, Goderich's bylaw officer, chitin,
he has no choice but to get tough He warned
town councillors they might be hearing rose
complaints In the next few weeks as he clamps
down nn some regular offenders around town
"There are some people who just don't like to
be told,' Eisler said "So I'm going to have to he
Matter until these problems art cleared up'
There are three specificareae cited by Eisler
es trouble spots,
First. of all. he suggested a stiffer penalty for
persona who &snot buy dog legs for their pets
He also suggested that If tags are not purchased
by the due date, that an additional charge he
made for the tags after that date.
Secondly, , Eisler says that some people who Index
have beennh dog owners for yeaate getting n
little m t est about allowing their pet to nem
al willi in the neighborhood
"From now on. If the dog is only a block away Sports
from home l0 will be taken to the pound," said Entert.ment
Eisler.
'The third problem involves parking. pr Library

room, and I am still cleaning
my desk. I am doing my best
to be nice to my brothers-. It
seems that things are
working out for the best so
far, but the new year hasn't
started yet. I guess I have an
early start at improving in
the new year.
I have many, many more
resolutions for 1978 but' those
are the main ones on my list.
