When the children went into the house he went over to see what it was. There before his eyes he saw a space ship. He went a little closer and he saw Martians with green faces. He came and asked them where they where from. They said Mars. Mars! Why did you come. here? asked Frosty. "We have come to conquer the planet earth" they said. "Oh, no, you don't. You go back to your planet," said Frosty. "No we don't" they said. So Frosty shoved them in their space ship and they took off into space back to their planet Mars. Joanne Campbell Room 204 Victoria HOW SANTA CAME TO BE Is Santa real? Some children ask. Well of course you know he's not real. But if you really want to know how Santa came to be here's the whole story. Well it started out when children couldn't understand the real meaning of Christ- mas. So they thought that they would- make something up. Then they came up with Santa Claus (Which is far from the real meaning of Christmas) So now alot of 2 & 3 year-olds think that Christmas is when Santa comes. Now Dancer was sick so Comet had to lead the way. s adventure Santa gpt in his sleigh and they flew of. They went to China, India, and France. Now they had to go to Canada but he went to France and then they went back to India. So Santa had to land and change Comet from front to back. Steve Barwick room 204 Victoria TROUBLE ON CHRISTMAS Sant and his elves were busy working in the work shop unawar of the danger that was coming their way. It was the Abominable snowman that was coming down the mountain and smashed all the toys. The elves said well never yet done in time for Christmas and they Worked day and night. They were tired but they could not stop. A. where Frosty lived, There was 50 martions And Frosty to kill them. There was a month until Christmas One day Frosty went looking for them. He found them in the park on 42 Ave He ran home and got a 22 rifle He aimed for 1 and killed him and the same with the rest. One was hard to kill He was jumping all over the place. SANTA FORGETS CHRISTMAS One Christmas Santa forgot all about Christmas. All the children were sad. When Santa -saw the clock he said oh jimbetter get to the houses. But he was to tired. He cou-ld not go to the children. He asked the elves to take the presents to the children But they said no! So Santa just gave up. OH NO! what will I do? I know(! I will write the children a letter. Dear Children I am sorry that you did not get your presents. But I will bring them on Dec the 27th. Please don't be mad at me. I was to tired to get up. by Santa Kristan Knox Room 204 Victoria THE TURKEY THAT RAN AWAY FROM CHRISTMAS One cold winter night turkey was laying in the straw relaxing when all of a sudden it dawned on him, This was December 11th only 14 more days to Dec. 25th the day he is to he doomed, and he will be part of Christmas dinner. He must plan a getaway. He thinks and thinks and then . it comes to him. When the farmer comes In to feed the chickens and me I will slip out through the open doorway down the path and our the lane across the road and into the woods to freedom with the wilf life. The door creaked. Farmer Black wa§ coming to feed the chickens and me. Now is my chance to exsape! The turkey did it! Now the turkey ran as fie 39 fast as he could. At the farm farmer Black realize the turkey for Christmas was gone. He got his rifle and his hound dog. The dog picked up the turkeys scent. At the road he lost the scent of the ti •key and the turkey was free forever.
