Peter Martin carried on the reading from Luke bringing the important lesson that, just as the shepherds heard the Heavenly messengers and followed this announcement with obedience, seeking out the new-born Saviour of the world, so we, too, should follow up directions from the Lord, or the blessings He has for us are lost. Carols were sung between these talks and a final word was given by Murray Martin who read from Matthew and emphasized the importance of worship in our, lives, and, as the wise men worshipped in giving of gifts, so we, too, can worship in the giving of ourselves. On Thursday evening the M.Y.F. will meet to prepare treats for the shut-ins, after which the church group will distribute them and sing carols at various places in the village. This will be followed by a time of fellowship in the Dungannon Christian- Fellowship hristianFellowship Church, As Pastor and Mrs. Lawrence will be going to their home near Sudbury for the Christmas week, the former pastor, Doug Zehr will be bringing the message next Sunday.
