Terry is the son of Mrs. and Mrs. Freeman Olson of Dungannon, and Betty Ann is the daughter of Mr. and Mrs. Les Davidson of Listowel.. The bride's attendants were her sisters. Mary Jane and Audrey. The groom's attendants were Ken Girvin and Guy Stroop. Flower fir) was little Amy Olson, niece of the groom, and her brother Bryan Olson was the ring bearer. Ushers were the groom's brothers, Glen and Ronnie. A reception for about 200 guests was held in the Listowel Legion Hall. The Chisholm family from Dungannon were among the guests. Congratulations to Ken and Sandra Davidson (nee Errington) of Surrey, B,C., on the arrival of a baby daughter on Thursday, November 24, a sister for Scot and gran - daughter for Mr. and Mrs. Jim Errington. K.K. Dawson returned home from University Hospital, London on the weekend. Recent visitors with Mr. and Mrs. Freeman Olson were Freeman's brother Wilmer and his wife and their mother, Mrs. T. Olson from St. Pierre, Manitoba. Mrs. Debbie Meurs and daughter Randi of Strathroy also visited recently. Ronnie Olson is presently employed in Waterloo. Mr. and Mrs. Hugh sit: McWhinney, Mr. and Mrs. al. Jack Errington, Mrs. Margaret Mole and Mrs. Nancy Philips attended the annual meeting and banquet of the Horticultural Society in Lucknow on Tuesday evening. Miss Nancy Errington has rnoved to London where she is working as a secretary for Dr. Toogood, allergist in Victoria Hospital. Nancy has been working for Mr, Hayes in the office - at W Ingham Hospital for the past three years. Congratulations to Mrs. Ross McNee who observed her 91st birthday quietly at home with Mr. and Mrs. Graham McNee on Friday, November 25. Mrs. McNee just returned home on Monday after being in Wingham Hospital for a couple of weeks. Her sister Ida and her husband, Mr. and Mrs. Les Johnston of Nile called on her on Thursday. In connection with the report of the 50th wedding anniversary of Mr. and Mrs. Jack Errington last week it should have been noted that Mr. and Mrs. Nelson Culbert were the wedding attendants 50 years ago and both were able to attend the an- niversary party although Nelson in in poor health. Mrs. Cecil . Blake was in- vited to attend a surprise itetirement party for Mr. and Mrs. Dick Kilpatrick in the Blue Barn at Listowel on Saturday, planned by Dick and Anne's family. However, due to the wintry weather, Olive was unable to attend. All good wishes are extende4. to Dick and Anne and the hope that they will enjoy the ir retirement years fullest. UCW was held at the home. of Mrs. Cecil Blake on Tuesday evening w ith 14 ladies in attendance. Mrs. Donna Alton and Mrs. Gloria Pearson were in charge of the devotional part of the meeting which was opened by the singing of the hymn, "While Shepherds Watched their Flocksby Night" with Mrs. Mary e at the piano.
