The bride is the daughter of Mr. and Mrs, Harry Westlake of R.R. 4, Goderich and the groom is the son of Mr. and Mrs. Kenneth Nisbet of Stratford. Organist was Mrs. Florence Wightman and Marilyn_ Wightman accompanied on the piano. Wanda Linner was soloist. She sang "The Greatest Gift" and "The Wedding Song." The bride was given in marriage by her parents. She wore a gown of satin. It featured a sweetheart neckline with full length chiffon sleeves, empire waistline, and full A-line skirt falling into a cathedral train. The gown was accented with seed pearls, lace and pleated chif- fon trimmed the hem and cuffs. 'The finger tip silk- illusion veil was held in place by a cap of pleated chiffon and seed pearls. She carried a cascade of coral roses, spider mums, stephanotis, and baby's breath. The groom wore an ivory tuxedo with a coral rose bud on his lapel. • Maid of honor was Pat Westlake, sister of the bride. She wore a sleeveless dress of apricot chiffon, completed with a floral shoulder cape. On her head she wore a wide brim hat covered with matching floral chiffon, Bridesmaids were Betty Westlake, sister of the bride and Nancy McKellar, friend of the bride. They were gowned the same as the maid of honor, except the capes were solid apricot chiffon, The bridal attendants carried , rosegays of tinted miniature carnations; spider mums, and hahv's breath Groomsman was Murray Wightman of Waterloo. Ushers were Bob Nisbet, brother of the groom of Sault Ste. Marie and Jeff Schieck, cousin of the groom of , Moorefield. They wore identical brown shits. They had _ boutonnieres- of stephanotis. A reception followedthe wed, ling at the Saltford Valley Hall. The bride's mother greeted guests in a jade green. --. polyester gown, V -necked, with a long sleeved jacket trimmed with lace. She wore a corsage of yellow roses. The groom's•mother chose a cut away shoulder, high necklined empire waist, floral gown in delicate shades of blue. The look was completed with a long sleeve high waisted jacket. She wore a corsage of pink roses. For a wedding trip to the Poconas, the bride changed to a yellow linen -like crimp jumpsuit. The groom wore a brown velour top and camel slacks. Guests attended the wedding from Moose' Jaw, Saskatchewan, Montreal, Sault Ste. Marie, Orangeville, Kitchener, Mississauga, Toronto, Dundas, Corunna, London, Stratford, Moorefield and Goderich area. Mr. and Mrs. Nisbet will reside at No. 1012 - 50 Governors Road, Dundas, Ontario. Prior to the wedding, a miscellaneous shower was given for the bride by employees of K and W Optical Ltd., Kitchener. A miscellaneous shower was given by friends in Kitchener, A shower was given by maternal aunts and families at the home of Mrs. Winnifred Squire.
