Reeve Beavers was effected chairman on motion of Davis and seconded by Penhale. Carried, The h following appeals were heard a>ad determined: Mrs. Mary A. Elston. against the divided assessment of her lauds and buildings, Mr. F. W. Oledman ap- pearing on behalf ot Mars. Elston. The assessment was sustained on motion of Penhale and Snell. Carried.
