in Judith Gooderham pool on Saturday, July 30. About 175
children aged 8 to 15 from Goderich, Exeter, Kincardine
and Clinton took part in, the meet." The Goderich team
placed first and the Exeter team was second. There were

runs in their game against
Fisher Custom Builders and
finally scored the winner in
the 3-2 win • for Lakeport.
Draper drove in one run and
scored two himself getting
two of the three Steeler hits.
Draper smacked a one out
double in the first inning and
went to third on a pass ball.
Brian McKenzie got on with a
fielder's choice when the
Builders went to the plate to
get Draper. The throw was
not in time as Draper
grabbed the game's first run.
Draper returned to the
plate in the Steeler third and
drove in what proved to be the
tying run and therl.scored the
winner. Ron Miller started
out the winning with a walk
and Draper smacked his
second double to bring him in.
Draper later scored on a
fielder's choice.
The Builders broke up,
Brian McKenzie's shutout
attempt in their half of the
third when Larry Donnelly
drew a walk and moved to
third on. an error to first
baseman Ed Jones. Fred
Pellow sent centre fielder

has just announced that his
firm, Mudges Jeans &
Things, will be sponsoring
Mudges Motocross at H.ully
Gully on August 7.`
The Motocross Action will
feature some 300 riders
competing in senior, expert,
schoolboy 'and junior classes
for $500 cash, trophies and
Lee clothing as contingency.
Mudges Mo„torcross is the
second event in .Hully Gully
"Gobd Times Series" which
also features the old timers
and motorcross team com-
petition currently led by
Team London.
