Colborne 'Township Cemetery Memorial Service will he Sunday July 31 at 2:30' p.m. King family history topic The Kingsbridge Genealogical Society is holding a reunion on Sunday, July 31, for the descendants of the Morgan King family. Father Ralph O'Loughlin CSB of the Basilian Mexican Missions in Mexico City and founder of the Society in 1968 will celebrate a memorial mass for" Julia Lane King, wife of Morgan, on the 100th anniversary 'of her death. Morgan Ring was one of the first eight settlers to come to Kingshridge from County Kerry, Ireland in 1940 with his family. After a settlement was nude in Goderich in 1825, the survey of Ashfield Township began about 1837. William O'Niel whose second wife was Ellen King, daughter of Morgan, was among the survey party. A program following the dinner will be highlighted by a history of the King family. A display of family pictures, visiting and reminiscing for descendants will complete the day's activities. -Town Talk Several music pupils of Mrs. E.
