The Jubilee 3 baby is Tara Lee -Anne McWhinney who was horn at 12:39 p -m. on Friday, July 1 (Canada Day) in Alexandra Marine and General Hospital. Tara Lee -Anne weighed six pounds, 151/2 ounces. Her proud parents are Ilob and Sandra McWhinney of Dungannon. Her gran- dparents are Hugh and Willetta McWhinney of Dungannon and Henry a.nd-Kay Laframboise of London.
