The brief ribbon cutting ceremony will proceed the opening performance of the Playhouse production of Neil Simon's Plaza Suite. Miss Fster, who is from Saskatchewan, travels from coast to coast as well as out of the country in her duties as • Miss Canada. Sue Niblett will accompany her to the .
