The Council meets in a 'daylong session with top management of H & R Block. The 10 members of the National Advisory Council were selected to come to Kansas City from a group of over 3,100 of & R Block's more than 7,900 offices. Last year II & R Block prepared over ten million tax returns. Mrs. K Smith has been associated with H & R Block since 1971.
