resident of the village died on March
x,t in her 84th year: Deceased, whose
=idea name was Sarah Caughlun., was
barn in London Township, and when
eetilt a child came to reside in Bid-
dulph, where she later married Will-
iam Deacon, who. predeceased her 45
years. Shortly after her husband's
death. she moved to this village. Sur-
viving her are five children, Emily,
Laura and William at batne, and James
and Mathew in Saskaten nva,n. Inter-
ment was made in Trinity church cem-
etery church, Birr on Saturday after-
noon. -F. H. Nell, owner of Maple
Avenue. stock ;farm, has sold out to
Mr. 13ea Dobbs, and intends moving
to the village.
