Goderich Legion installs new Branch officers BY NEIL SHAW On Saturday evening, May 28, ' the Jubilee Room of Legion Branch 109 was the setting of an impressive joint installation ceremony which saw comrade Eric Johnstone installed as the new president of Legion Branch 109. At the same time, comrade Mona Davis took the oath of office for a second term as .president of the Branch 109 Ladies Auxiliary. This year the installment was conducted by an 11 member installing team from the Seaforth Legion Branch under the leadership of past zone commander comrade. Cleve Coombs of Seaforth Branch. • A kilted piper accompanied each group of Legion and Auxiliary office holders as they were paraded before the installing officer. Installed as vice presidents of Branch 109 were comrade Roy Mugford as first vice and comrade Walter Sheardown as second vide. The new vice presidents of the Ladies Auxiliaryare comrade Rose Hill as first vice and comrade Sharon Scruton as second vice. Other officers installed in the Branch were, A.
