tion of great merit and Miss Walker

DEATH OF GEORG, H. BEDFORD.

William \lark O'Beirne, editor and
proprietor of Then Beacon, Stratford,
fer 30 years, passed away at his home
nn Friday, Feb. 18th, following an
i1]necs extending over six years, an
his 67th year. His death brings to a
dose a life which was marked by ac-
tivity and closely associated with that
of Stratford, both as a citizen and
publisher of the Beacom, Paralysis was
the cause. of death. He is survihed
by his wife, three: sons and two daugh-
ters.
