Chief King was responding to a question from Mayor Deb', Shewfelt who told the com- 24, mission he had heard a number of complaints from ratepayers about incidents of vandalism. The festival started this week, and the GDCI band, competing inclass C, will perform at Centennial Hall. ..Monday at 2 p.m. All band and choir events will be - staged in Centennial Hall. The GDCI concert band will perform Chorale and Toccata by Douglas Willis and the event marks the first com- petition for the 29 members of the band.
