Officials of the Jubilee Three
organizing commitee announced on
Tuesday that bee,,ause weather 'has so
badly disrupted mail service and school
classes the deadline for entries sub-
mitted to the poster and essay contest
has been extended to February 15.
The committee is - seeking entries
under the title "Goderich Then and
Now," in the poster contest and "150
years, How Much Progress?" in the
essay contest.
Prizes of $75.00, $90.00 and $15.00 will
be awarded for the top threein the essay ,
competition and -$40.00, -$20.00: and,$10.00
in the poster contest.

All entries should be dropped off at the
Goderich Recreation Office, 9 Waterloo
Street, on or before February 15'.'
The committee has also announced_
that because of poor mail service the
deadline for ordering commemorative
coins in gold or silver has been extended
to this Friday.
The coins are 33 mm in diameter with
a milled edge. The silver dollar will sell
for $17.00 plus provincial sales. tax and
the gold dollar for $250 plus tax.
All orders should be received at P.O.
Box 1977, Goderich "Ontario by this time'
