Farmers fear t reform °wi cause trespassing,..
"We are concerned that if
the Government pays far-
mers' :,property taxes, then
public :groups, if not the
Government itself, will
conclude that they have the
right to roam , around on
farmers' land," said Gordon
Hill, President of the Ontario
Federation of Agriculture,
last week when he submitted
the OFA brief to the Blair
Commission.
This Commission is
studying the Ontario
Government's property
taxation reform proposal:—
