Cut inflated heating costs
andbc yeai' 'round.
.T:4
Poor insulation can be responsible for much
of your heating cost!
One•of the mdstimportant projects you can.undertake
this fall is to check out your home to make sure it
properly insulated, ventilated and generally free of,.
energy wasting. defects. . ,
Studies by -the National Research Council of Canada
show that it is now economical to have twice as much
insulation as 'is currently required try the National
Building Code for residential construction. For exam -
pie: even if your home is relatively new. it'll -pay you to
climb up into your attic to.measure the depth of.your
attic insulation. Did you know that it's best to have at.
least 6',: of insulation in your ceilings? The chances are
that•your attic; like attics to most new homes. does not
'have,that•much insulation.. •
If you suspect your home lacks proper insulation
come to Ruildall and talk it over with us: We can
recommend the simplest; least expensive, most effec-
tive way to accomplish the job. Ask for our insulation
guide book. .
