people met to discuss the
need for, and • possible
creation. of an Arts Council.
"At -that time the idea -of a

explained. `The attempt did
not go beyond two or three
meetings and likely failed
because to go county wide' at
first was a little too much.
"Interest has been created
once again," he said', "and a
meeting will be held on.
November 7 to • further
identify the need and start the•
process. This time it will be •
`confined to just Goderich,
certainly not to discourage
the • participation of area
individuals." .�
