entering the Mall in Gioderich,
on Sr ttrday. •
The Green 'Thtirnbersheld
their August' flower show on
Saturday and they were
pleased with the enthusiastic
response that was shown by
all, who came out to see the
arrangements and specimen
flowers that the .children
entered. There were 220
entries put in the show by
these Green. {Thumbers. Out.
,.of., 12 sections eight'. of. the
,;:sections had .to"bespecimen
ftowers'grown by the children
themselves.

One of the younger
rneinbers vvalked away with a
plaque for receivingthe
highest number of points in
the show. Kim Fangrad won
for her effort both in the
arrangement section and the
horticultural sectti'on. The
bronze plecnie was donated by
"Art's Landscaping".
In the arrangement section
there were numerous entries:

The Goderich Green'Thunibers held a competition flower
show in the Suncoast Mall Saturday turning out their
member's work for shoppers to peruse while strolling
through the mall. Thewinners of the day were honored for
their horticultu'ral ability at. show's"end when from left,
Muriel Klie, of Hanover,, district director of the Ontario
Horticultural Society, ' named Dart -in Culbert's flower
arrangement the top point earner while Kim Fangrad wa
presented a plaque :by Art Bordeau for earning the ,.;most
