There were 220 entries put in the show by these Green. {Thumbers. Out. ,.of., 12 sections eight'. of. the ,;:sections had .to"bespecimen ftowers'grown by the children themselves. Refreshments were served, — r e _to ; guests v -m embera:nf `the .Senior Executive: Mrs.. Genny Madden; Mrs. Carol.. Wilson, Mrs. Mary. Walton and • the leader Mrs. Jean- -Barnett along with several other -volunteer helpers. One of the younger rneinbers vvalked away with a plaque for receivingthe highest number of points in the show. Kim Fangrad won for her effort both in the arrangement section and the horticultural sectti'on. The bronze plecnie was donated by "Art's Landscaping". In the arrangement section there were numerous entries: Winners of. ribbons and cash prizes in this section for ages 10 .and -under were Anne Allan, Kim Fangrad, Brian Moulton, John Dobie,, Julie. Anne •Culbert, and .Stephen Love. - Highest number of. points in the arrangement section was Kim Fangrad, for under 10. In the arrangement section for the over 10 group winners were Darin' Colbert, Patrick Madden, Michael Madden, Valerie Montgomery, Gar- , drier Moulton and Scott Wilson. Highest number of points in the arrangement section of over 10 was Darin. Culbert. The best arrangement in the entire show went to Darin Culbert. In the horticultural, °section.
