. TAKE NOTICE THAT'.
1. The. Council of the Corporation of the Town of Goderich
intends to construct an eight inch (81,9 watermain on South
Street from Bennett Street to two hundred and thirty feet
(230') north of Suncoast Drive as :a localimprovement and
intends to specially assess a part of the cost upon the land
abutting directly on the work.
2. The estimated cost of the work is 516,625.00,' of which
56;607.85. is to be paid by the Corporation, and the estimated
cost per foot frontage is b0.994 cents' per annum. The special
assessment is to be paid in 15 annual instalments:

work must doso before the 20th day of September, 1976.
