McWhinnie officiated at the double -ring ceremony t the First Baptist Church, Goderich. ° The couple are the children of Mr. and Mrs. Clarence - Taylor RR 4, Goderich and Mr. and Mrs': Claude Sinclair, RR 2, Clinton. The bride was given in "marriage by her father. She chose a long, empire waisted dress with long : sleeves; made from white bridal satin. White satin applique roses bordered the: open neckline.. The two-tiered scalloped veil was heldn place by a headband of tulleroses and beads. . She carried a white. bridal Bible with a corsage. of orange ice sweetheart roses with yellow.streamers, atop. The maid,- of honor, Miss Karen Taylor, Goderich, sister of the bride and the bridesmaids, Miss Kathy Taylor, London and Miss Marjorie Taylor, Toronto, both sisters of the bride, were gowned identically in short= sleeved dresses 'Made from yellow printed polyester crepe, ,much .the same pattern as the .bride's. They all wore daisies and roses in their hair and carried baskets of orange roses, yellow daisies:a'ndstarbu st accented with dried flowers. They allowed me $800 op my old car and came up with the difference of $495. I'never noticed their error•. insubtraction until recently, so 1 took the bill of sale back with me and, asked about the error. They refuse to talk to me about ,(and 1 was wondering if there is any legal 'action that could get -my $120 back. • • There certainly was no need of any legal action to get our reader's refund. One call from "IMPACT•" and •we learned that if the customer had made a personal call, it was without ' the knowledge of the sales manager. This.gentleman assured us that he would contact the customer himself, and he did so very promptly with the result that the mistake was. 'im- mediately rectified to everyone's satisfaction. Actually this really didn't surprise us al this was an "honest mistake"' made by one of our. most reputable 'car: • dealers. We only wish .that all problemscould be so easily solved.
