Harper' 'used her • artistic.: talent to create posters of authentic. Scottish scenes. Mrs. 3.. Kinkead and Mrs. R„ Hughes• arranged the flowers.' .' Guests were . received by the "president, Mrs. C. Wor- sell, the past president,. Mrs. J. Berry and the. general convener of the event, Mrs.. K. Bell. The .,treasurer, Mrs. P. Smith, was at the" door table. The bake table was in the charge of Mrs.. F. Clark and her assistants were Mrs. M. Ainslie; Mrs. E. Stephens and Mrs, M. Ivey. Mrs. R.C. McC•um sold small jars of Scottish jams, the gift of Mrs. C. McDonald and items from the Gift Shop.' Scotch scones were freshly baked by' Mrs. 13. McCreath. and Mrs, S. •Mcf•lwairt, Hot fron•1.'the - oven, ' the scones, were served 'with "jam and- tea. Mrs. G. MacEwan, -Mrs. J. Kinkead.. and Mrs. E. . Pridham were: in ,,charge of preparation. The tea roorn, with 'white cloths and redplaid bands on the tables, was 'convened by Mrs B. Crew. ''Serving the guests were Mrs. L.
