The main idea is to keep the
roots cool and moist until
planting time, which ideally
is as soon as they arrive.

The Rev. Father Raymond Maynahanofficiated for.
the double -ring eremony in St. Peter's Roman Catholic
' Church, Goderich, at which William Wayne. Munn,
Hensall; took Mares Marlene Connelly, Goderich, as his:
wife. •
Bouquets of daisies and. spring flowers decorated the
chancel for the April 24 wedding. Wedding music was
,supplied by the church' organist; Eva Herdman, and
soloist was the*room's cousin, Gregg Munn.
The bride is the daughter of Mrs. John Connelly,
Goderich, and the late Mr. Conneitty. Mr. and Mrs. Alex
Munn, Hensall, are theparents of the•groom.
The bride was given in marriage by her eldest brother, •
Dennis : Connelly, Goderich. She chose a snow white
jersey gown 'with k' high Victorian neckline and anem=
pire waist with rows.of tiny seeded pearls sewn in from
the neckline -to the waist. The long sleeves were trimmed
with seeded pearls on the cuffs. Her nheaddress was •a
matching Juliette capulet trimmed with florescent
crystal and tinys'eded pearls. It held a two-tiered pure
silk illusion veil trimmed with matching :lace. She
carried a bouquetof white orchids, stephanotis and green
ivy.
The matron of honor -was the bride's sister;
Colleen McKinley, Huron Park. She wore .a floor -length
mint green jersey: gown With a Victorian neckline and 'a
yellow wide -trimmed straw hat. She carried a bouquet of ".
yellow. daisies. ..
Thebridesmaids wereMiss Sandra Munn, sister: of the
groom, Hensall, and Mrs: Janice Trim, 'cousin .of the
bride, Kitchener. They were gowned identicallyto the
' matron of honor. •
.. Junior bridesmaid Miss Denise Connelly., niece of the
bride, Goderich, wore a floor -length gown of mint jersey •
trimmed wwith,-•,rows• ,of yellow daisies. • Shecarried a
bouquet of yellow daisies and wore yellow daisies in her
hair. -
Groomsman was. Robert Ferrigno, cousin of the
groom, Hoboken News•Jersey. Ushers were John Taylor
and Larry Consitt,friends_Szf the groom', Hensall. •
Vases of yellow daisies centred the tables at the
wedding reception in the Zurich Community Centre. The
bride's mother chose a floor -length gownof tangerine
jersey with white accessories and: a white orchid cor-
sage. The groom's mother selected a floor -length steel
blue gown of knitted -jersey with white accessories and a
white orchid corsage.
For a honeymoon in Niagara Falls, the bride changed
to a two-piece pale yellow pant suit trimmed with tan"
colored _top-stitching,;tan accesso"ries and a corsage of
white daisies. '
The couple is residing at RR 2 Hensalh`::
Showers were given in the .bride'.s.honor prior to her
marriage. A miscellaneous shower was given by. Colleen
MoKinley and Sandra Munn in Huron Park; a:
miscellaneous shower was given by the groom's aunt, ..
Mrs. Loreen Gill, Grand Bend; a miscellaneous shower
was given -by Mrs. Betty Simons, an aunt of the groom,
Exeter_; and a grocery shower .was hosted by Mrs. Rose
Slater„ Wilma Cruz and Maria Vinken for co-workers at
Alexandra Marine and General Hospital, Goderich.

Boiling salted water
1 Medium onion, cut in rings

1/2 tsps' Worcestershire sauce
