inwinning their events:
Laura Ross
Laura . Ross. set . a new
record in the 100 -metre
hurdles of .17.0seconds, in the
senior girls diviion.
In junior boys competition,
Dave MacKenzie set a new
high jump record of 1.78
metres' and Mark Hovey set a
new record in. ,the discus
throw with a.: toss • of 42.05
metres.,: Hovey was also
declared the individual
champion in the junior boys'
division.
