Mr. Handieman's statement came on the heels.. of reported misun- derstandings which. developed: when service station personnel refused to fill uncertified containers. "It seems that a large segment of , the gasoline- buying public is not aware of this legislation. However, a service station attendant who. refuses to pump gasoline into an uncertified container is only obeying the law of 4he province... ii "Furthermore, the at- • tendant is aware of the risk to which the purchaser' is ex- posed when transporting 'or storing gasoline in something , otherthan ' an .approved continer," the minister said.
