wheel -chairs, and telephone

organization in London called
Alpha London which'is
concerned with the problems
of handicapped persons.
Alpha'constitution• en-
courages the handicapped to
participate in • the political
process to bring about -
necessary changes in town
planning.

'Bridge' Club. Results of the
