1 tbsp:. grated

Sift -together dry ingredients. . Stir reserved
juice into flour mixture with remaining ingre-
dients except fruit cocktail. Mix only until
dry ingredients are.. moistened. Stir in drained
fruit. Fill well -greased muffin tins to 2/3 full:
Bake at; 400 deg. F for 20' to 25 minutes: Makes
12 muffins.
