He adds that if the em-
ployee likes what the tape
reveals he or she will start
work enthused about the firm
and "we can start as a team
right off the bat".
"I hope the system will tell
the story of Dominion Roads
Machinery- and we- have a
Story to tell," says Sully. "A
pretty good story. too."

He claims he could and would
do it.all over again if he had to
and would hope that his sail
would remain loyal to the
company and help him and
DRMCo . to ' get backon its
feet.
"That's integrity," he said.
