He let r'ne• drive his the the other night, but .'I don't have a driver's license and the trouble is, that we were involved in an accident. We had only gone about a block when a car went through li red light and smashed into us. It was the car's fault, but since I -was driving without a license would I tie . considered. automatically at fault? What will happen to me how? Just because you were driving without a license does not mean that you'll be blamed -?or an accident that was obviously someone else's fault. You will, however, be charged under the Highway Traffic Act . for driving without a license. This will probably entail the im- - position of a fine.
