ticiptation of additional announcements for Huron County, Premier Davis must be urged to subject his
proposals• tothe fullest public debate..
L.Members of: the Medical Community and Social Agencies have said that the priorities .of the restraint
programme are wrong.
In the case. of Goderich Psychiatric Hospital, essential mental health services will be lost*? the catchment
