A closer watch is kept around the
third court-martial at the Palais de
Justice. No one is allowed to enter
the court now except newspaper re-
porters, who are admitted at certain
times to obtain statements, which,'
however report nothing that is not

There is only one other case like
Bolo's. Gen. Miachzinsky was accused

his execution he said he had import-

trial, and in turn condemned to
death. Events may move quicker to-
