any last Sunday, Ile illostrated his
talk with charts and finures showing
amount needed to evang,elize, the
world in one generation. giving Can-
ada's share cm a whole and indivaally
also showing what had been alone by
the different churches of this district
during the mast few years and aver-
age amount per person for each.

time and entailed a great amount or
labor on the part of Rev. Willans

present. A liberal amount was sub-
scribed ;for the General Mission Fund.

by Mrs. Derry Ford from a French
soldier Who received a pair of socks
knitted by her and -acknowle ged
