Mr. W. J. Mitchell, editor and prop-
rietor of the Clinton News—;record
died suddenly at Victoria Hospital
London. on Sunday, Augast 13th,. He

throat trouble and on Wednesday
previous went to London, for treat-
inent, but the end' came unexpectedly
owing to bursting of a blood vessel.
He was 'in the prime of bias life and
was unmarried. Hits relatives live at
Hanover. For about twenty years he
