The first Blyth leavers were in Goderich last Tuesday night to pre-
sent toys to the Toy Box at .McDonalds. Toys dropped at
McDonalds are used throughout Huron County as part of the Huron
County Christmas Bureau which helps needy families in the county
have a merry christmas. Presenting toys were: back row, left to
right, Joey Schmidt, Jamie Taylor, Tim Caldwell, Shane Hesch and
Allan Gibbons; second row, left to right, Peggy Rivers of Huron
Country FCS, Connie Bromley (Beaver leader), Diane Higgins
(Beaver leader), Sharon Wilson (Beaver leader) and Maria

Vision On Arts -Heritage project introduced
The Gallery/Stratford introduced Huron
and Perth Teachers to the Huron/Perth
Arts Council project, VISION ON-
ARTS/HERITAGE.
On Monday, Oct. 22, over 100 Teachers
and Principals attended the Open House to
ask questions and to see first hand the )
educational benefits that the Resource
Packages,will provide.
Jacqueline Walling is the selected can-
didate for the position of Project Co-
ordinator for the VISION ON-
ARTS/HERITAGE Project. Jacqueline, a
resident of Goderich, is a Freelance Artist
and formerly worked in Programme and
Publicity at the Chatham Cultural Centre.
The VISION ON-ARTS/HERITAGE
Project was made possible through the
support of the Ministry of Culture and
Communication, formerly the Ministry of
Citizenship and Culture. This support
came by way of a Classroom Connection
Grant.
The Art Packs are being developed over
