Music Boosters hard at work
preparing for Annual Concert
Al Mullin reports that the Goderich Music
Booster Club is working hard these days
preparing for their Annual Fall Concert at
the Goderich Collegiate Institute. This con-
cert will include the Concert Band, Jazz
Choir and Grade 9 and 10 Class Band. The
Concert Band has been making pizzas and
panzerottis over the last few months, and
the money they raise from these will help
finance their trip to England this Spring. So
for a great night of music, plan to attend this
annual event on December 9th.

There are many volunteers at Maitland
Manor working behind the scenes, bringing
comfort and entertainment to people who do
not see much of the outside world. Wednes-
day night is pne time when you see lots of
smiles, hand clapping and even some toe
tapping to the music of Gord Harrison, at
the piano, and Laurine Madge and Tony
Hyde blending their voices in song. The
residents look forward to this special music
every week and listening to their favourite
old songs.
