Roulston, who works nights at Zehrs, has been collecting beer bottles and cans for one and a half years. HiS collection in- cludes bottles from the late 1930s and 40s, a rare cone -top beer can and an almost com- plete set of Labatt's Blue"Olympic cans. • He belongs to a bottle collectors' club that boasts over 500 members. Members buy, sell and trade bottles and some have as much as $12,000 tied up in their collection. Bottles sell for between $9 to $15, depen- ding on the brand or if it is full of empty. "Full bottles are worth a little more, but some guys only collect empty bottles," he said. Local girl attending university LOCHALSH NEWS Rae Webster, 395-5257 Mr. Malcolm Finlayson of Toronto and his daughter Nancy of Barrie visited with his sister-in-law Dorothy Finlayson recently. Chakrs and Mayme Wilkins attended the annual Wilkins and Friar reunion on Sun- day. The event was held at the Dungannon Hall and it is reported that attendance was very good. Elizabeth Wilkins of Mount Forest was home on the weekend with her parents Charles and Mayme Wilkins. The W.M.S. of the Ashfield Presbyterian Church held their September meeting on Thursday evening at the home of Dorothy Finlayson. Peggy Heffernan of London was home on the weekend with her mother Dorothy MacLennan. Sharlene Jores, daughter of Barry and Betty Jones, is attending the University of Guelph this fall.
