WEDDINGS

Mr. and Mrs. Richard G. Schoemaker's
wedding vows were spoken at St.
Margaret's Parish, West Bay Road, Cape
Breton, Nova Scotia, on July 18th. The
bride, Veronica Elaine, is the daughter of
Mrs. Florence Morgan and the late Robert
Morgan, Cleveland, Cape Breton Nova
Scotia. Richard Gerald Schoemaker is the
son of Helena Schoemaker and the late Ger-
rit' Schoemaker, RR 4 Goderich. Maid of
honour was Annette Morgan, sister of the
bride. Bridesmaids were Catherine Jackson
and Phyllis Brown; both friends of the bride
and Geraldine Morgan, sister of the bride.
Best man was Fred Schoemaker, brother of
the groom. Groomsmen were Leonard
Kolkman, . friend of the groom, Alex
Schoemaker, brother of the groom and Fred
Schoemaker, cousin of the groom. Flower
girl was Katrina Morgan, sister of the bride
and Ring bearer was Trevor Morgan,
nephew of the bride. Usher and Master of
Ceremonies was Bobby Morgan, brother of
the bride. The couple are making their wed-
ding trip through the eastern provinces,
Quebec and Ontario, and are now residing at
RR 3 Goderich.

North Street United Church was the setting
for the August 15 wedding of Brad Cook, of
RR 1 Belgrave, and Leslie Rean, of 263
Mary Street, Goderich. Rev. Clare Geddes
officiated at the ceremony. Brad is the son
of Arnold and Erma Cook of RR 1 Belgrave.
Leslie is the daughter of Jim and Carol Rean
of 263 Mary Street, Goderich. Maid of honor
was Tracey Wilson, friend of the bride, of
Goderich. Bridesmaids were Patti Rean,
sister of the bride, Goderich; Janet Denny,
sister of the groom, of RR 1 Gowanstown;
Stacey Rean, sister of the bride, of
Goderich; with flowergirl. Katie
MacGregor, cousin of the bride, of
Londesborough. Best man was Jeff Look,
brother of the groom, of London. Ushers
were Todd MacDonald, friend of the groom,
of Blyth; Paul Pierce, friend of the groom,
of Blyth; Lyle Denny, brother-in-law of the
groom, of RR1 Gowanstown; and
ringbearer D.J. Lange, cousin of the bride,
of Hanover. Following a reception at the
Blyth Community Centre, the couple left for
a trip to New York State. They are residing

Knox Presbyterian Church, Goderich with
Rev. R.W. Johnston officiating. Parents of
the bride are Mr. and Mrs, Erwin Schneider
of London, Ont. Parents of the groom are
Mr. and Mrs. John Bakker of Goderich.
Matron of honor was Sue Barham of Baden
Baden, West Germany, sister of the bride.
Bridesmaids were Cindy Austin, of
Goderich, friend of the bride; Donna
Caldwell, of Goderich, friend of the bride;
Jaquie Livermore, of London, sister of the
bride; and, Judy Bakker, of Goderich, sister
of the groom. Best man was Steve Sager,
friend of the groom. Ushers were Tim Bak-
ker, of Goderich, brother of the groom; John
Harman, Nelson Caldwell and Brian Wilson,
all of Goderich and friends of the groom.
Flower girl was Miranda Barham, of Baden
Baden, West Germany, niece of the bride
and ringbearer was Tyler Livermore, of
London, nephew of the bride. Following a
honeymoon to Northern Ontario, the couple
will reside at Bruce. Street, Goderich.

Gordon Humphrey Dale, of RR 2 Wingham,
and Dorothy Elizabeth Westlake, of
Goderich, were united in marriage by Rev.
Rea Grant on August 22, 1987,.at the home of
the bride and groom. The groom is the son
of Shirley and Leslie Dale of Blyth. The
bride is the daughter of Dorothy and Harry
Westlake of RR 4 Goderich. Maid of honor
was Patricia Kathleen Wightman of Oshawa
and best man was Goldwin Gallaway of RR
1 Wingham. A reception was held at the
home of the bride and groom. Following a
wedding trip to Chatham, the couple is

Knox Presbyterian Church in Goderich was
the setting for the June 20, 1987, wedding of
Gregory Ralph Marshall, of Camlachie,
Ont., and Deborah Lee Stewart, also fo
Camlachie, Ont. Rev. G.L. Royal officiated
at the ceremony. The groom is the son of
Laurie and Joyce Marshall of 85 Elgin St.,
Goderich. The bride's parents are Barbara
Irwin of Goderich and William Stewart of
London. Maid of honor was Kelly Stewart of
23 Muriel• Cresc., London. Bridesmaids
were Patricia Farnsworth, of Goderich;
Carrie Crawford, of Barrie; Carol Williams,
of Goderich; and, Shelly Fisher, of
Goderich. Best man was Larry,,Boyce of
Goderich. Ushers were Ray Swan, of
Goderich; Richard Moore, of Goderich;

Holmesville, the couple left for a honey-
moon in Niagara Falls. They have taken up
residence at 45 Franklin Ave., Camlachie.
