About 50 bears and their owners came out for the event which. included a variety of age classes. These - youngsters found a cool spot on the ground to catch all the action and assured their teddys' had a good view too. Make sure your name is on the .list Revision of yoters' lists for Ontario's 34th provincial general election will take place between August 20 and September 9. Qualified electors who do not receive Form 301 or whose names are not on the list of electors may have their names add- ed during the revision period up to and in- cluding the day preceding election day.. Not only additions, but corrections and deletions to the preliminary lists of elec- tors, prepared following the door to door enumeration, may also be made at this time. Urban electors must have their names on the list of electors or on a certificate to vote. The Returning Officer or a revision assistant will provide such a certificate to people added to the list following the enumeration period. These electors must present their certificate at their polling place to receive a ballot and vote. Elections Ontario advertisements, in daily and weekly newspapers throughout the province, will carry the telephone number of the Returning Officer for each electoral district. Persons eligible to vote in this election must be at least 18 years of age on election day, a Canadian- citizen at the time of voting, and a resident of Ontario for at least the six month period prior to the elec- tion day. Paving referred to works The Bruce Street Family Medicine Cen- tre, a privately -owned clinic, has re- quested the permission of Goderich Town Council to asphalt a portion of the clinic's parking lot owned by the town. In a letter signed by Dr. Mario M. Cauchi, the centre also request the town consider paying for the paving of the 27 foot by 56 foot portion of the lot owned by the town. The centre proposes to pay tor the paving of the remainder of the 56 foot by 48 foot lot. "Even •though our medical clinic is privately owned, it is for the service of many citizens in this town.
