The report recommends that Ontario move to a system of representation by population, instead of the current method of apportioning trustees based on assessment. The report also states that, "on all counts, equalized residential and farm assessment is no longer a viable basis for apportionment. While it may have been politically justifiable in attracting small practice is inconsistent with fair and equal representation." Mr. Conway said that committee has agreed to undertake a through review of the research report and to make recom- mendations for legislative changes relative to trustee distribution. 1:10®2:30p•m.
