Lakeland Industrial opens newest branch in Goderich

Local Industry and business contacts have brought Bob Taylor to Goderich.
Taylor, owner of, Lakeland Industrial Sales and Rental, says the idea of locating in Goderich
"has been a dream of Lakeland dating back to day one," indicating that Goderlch industries
have played a'iarge part in his firm's success.
Lakeland Industrial celebrated its grand opening on June 28, with Mayor Eileen Palmer
assisting in the ribbon -cutting.

in 1983, and now one in Goderich.
"This is by no meansihe last one either," suggests Taylor, pointing out he has other
strategic locations in mind for the future.
Lakeland is a General line wholesale distributor of maintenance, repair
and operating supplies. The Goderich branch will be responsible for a
trading area from Grand Bend to Owen Sound, he says.
In addition to industrial supplies, rentals will also be offered. "Due
to the fact we sell ladders, hoists and hand tools to rental companies
presently in Chatham and Sarnia, we felt the rentals offered us a
compatible business under one roof," Taylor explains with products
available for the home owner, construction and industry needs.
Versatility is the key, says Taylor, as Lakeland also has the
ability to offer service on major construction equipment such
as compressors and welders from an associate, when the need
arises.
