"FITNESS CLASSES ARE FUN"
with the Goderiah Recreation Department
We have a fitness program designed for YOU, from Beginners to Advanced with four
levels to choose from:
1) Stretch & Tone (formerly BodyStretch)
2) Beginner Aerobics (formerly Moderate Trim -A -Size)
3) Trim -A -Size
4) Aerobics Plus (Co-ed) - our most advanced class for both men and women
CHOOSE THE RIGHT CLASS
You will want to choose the program most suited to you

CLASS COMPONENTS
All classes are conducted to music and include the four main compon engts=of fitness.
1) flexibility, 2) muscle strengthening and endurance, 3) maintainin "`dour
optimal body weight and 4) Cardiovascular.
CLASS DESCRIPTIONS
Stretch & Tone (formerly $odyStretch)
This is our "yes you can" fitness class designed to give you a balanced workout.
This class will involve all stretching exercises to music and will work on
increasing flexibility and muscle tone with no running or jumping.
Beginner Aerobics (formerly Moderate Trim -A -Size)
This class is for interested participants who want a slightly slower paced work-
out to simple dance routines. If you are new to fitness or. don't know where you
"fit" in, this class may be of interest to you. Jogging will not be a part of this
class. You do not have to have a dance background.
Trim -A -Size muscle toning, a
This class uses dance (simple routines) to gain flexibility,
cardiovascular workout and a total.physical and -mental workout. You do not have to
have a dance background.
Aerobics Plus (Coed)
This is our most advanced class for both men and women. "Aerobics Plus" includes
all the elements of a fitness class with extra emphasis on endurance, muscle
conditioning and exercise techniques. Enhance your sports abilities and decrease
injuries by developing balance,.. coordination, flexibility, muscle strength and
