Maitland Men's Night
getting a great response
The men have been getting a great
response on their regular Monday night
golf, and why not? Sixty were out on July
21st with Pat Murphy again taking first
low net and Bob Shrier carding first low
gross. John Hanly came closest to the sticll
on no. 5 and Bob McDougall ditto on no. 7.
Winners from the rest of the pack were
Harold 'e flinghouse, Ken Englestad,
John Garre , Jim Bell, Don Stewart, Bill
Cochrane, ack Trebish, Ralph Neville,.
Vic Finnie, George Zolab arid Doug Bundy.
Nice that Jack won a prize because this
was his last night at Maitland. He and wife ,
Gwen and family are leaving for Amherst,
N.S. where he will be taking up a new
position.

The scorekeepers on ladies' night devis-
ed -a different way of handing out prizes.
All the scores were put in a hat and part-
ners were drawn and their combined
scores were used to determine winners.
Unfortunately, due to a mix-up we do not
have the list of winners. Suffice it to say
that there were six pairs of winners.
