I'm wide awake so I 11 ' t keep talking to you. 1/41 like early mornings but I get so sleepy three yours later. I wonder why? I've always been a night person and should have had a , job on a night shift because I can't get going early in the day. About three in the afternoon I'm getting into my stride and by the time I shift into high gear it's time to make supper and that spoils my day. Some days I should have stayed in bed. If any of you need a Smile early in the morning, let me know and I`ll make one for you. Someone was telling me they are going to tear down Ball's Bridge this year. What's the matter with leaving that nice, sturdy?, old bridge alone? They can't put a new bridge in that location because there's too many ups and downs in the road. And trucks can't use it anyway. So why not let people enjoy the scenery and fishing, especially the youngsters. I know a lot of them who just loved that old bridge years ago and now their kids love it since they can see wonder- ful thgs in the bridge river. Tell e anotherre there's where you can turn kids loose? It just takes one grandpa to keep an eye out for traffic while little people run and • think it will stand up. • I've managed to get lost in that area for so many years but it's one of the best things that's happened to me. You meet the nicest people that way. I've tried to db a painting of the bridge several times but, do you realize it doesn't look like a bridge from where you have to sit? I have only one picture or sketch of a Side view but I can't find it. There's some nice people living nearby and I've anotion they would tell a person how to get hat view. Its too bad some of the eal old bridges can't become a museum piece and left alone for people traffic. I know someone will come up with a bright idea one of these days and I hope they are not too late. avorite After all this worry I hear my bridge may be left for another ten e years. it. Any chance of putting a special plqu I think the bridge deserves it. le in It was wonderful to see so many people Courthouse Park last week.
