Divisional races begin to heat up in Men's League With only three weeks remaining in the regular season of the GMSL, the divisional races are beginning to heat up. Keep in mind that a team's final standing deter- mines their division. The league splits intotwo divisions of seven teams each and one division of eight. The eight team division would likely be "B" unless the 'standings.show a natural split elsewhere. Round one of the playoffs begin after our tournament and carry through, until Labour Day. This is a divisional round robin setup. Elimination rounds featuring the top teams in each division then occur. It really is goingto be a battle. Last week's 10-10 tie between Coyotes and Nissan was only a sample of what is to come. Our eighth annual tournament has now been filled. We have 17 Goderich teams battling 15 out of town teams for $3275. in prize money. Out of town entries include' teams from Wingham, Harriston, Listowel, Kitchener, Don Valley, Brant- ford, Ingersoll, London, Wallaceburg and Windsor. Tournament work schedules and - playoff schedules are in the making right now.
