Windsurf irig featured at After Five Club
Tory MacDonald's Wind Surfing
demonstration was the special feature on
June 24th for The Goderich and District
After Five Club.
It is a sport open to a wide age range as
Tory said she has taught pupils from 9 to 70.
She stressed the safety features and
demonstrated how to stand on the board,
raise the sail and make turns,
Two lovely and talented women Julie
Meyers and Shelley Teal sang for us.
Gloria Clubbt guest speaker, asked the au-
dience, "Are you happy?".
She explained that if you come to know
!God in your good times then when a tragic
event does take place,, it Is easier to handle if
you already have experienced God's direc-
tion in your life.
Gloria stated how many of us are different
at home than in public and that if we know
God's love it is easier to say to those close to
us;°I'm sorry, I love you.'
Gloria closed by saying, true happiness is
found in Jesus Christ and that joy that
cpmes from Him no man can take away. .
