Bowl rs receive awards at
The Junior and Senior Bowlers com-
pleted their season with a banquet at Little
Bowl on Saturday April 26.
Trophies were presented to the regular
season champs. The Pin Scramblers. Team
members are Martin Papple, Dan Trebish,
Stuart Knight, Scott Peever and Cathy
Iviiiier. The playoff Champs, were Bev's
Bowlers consisting of Bev Harrison, Calvin
Knight, Allan Brindley and Wayne Pellow.
In the Senior Division, high average, tri-
ple and single were won by Tim Gerrits,
236, Calvin Knight 766 and Dan Trebish 325
respectfully. Bev Harrison finished the
year with HA 178, HT - 682 and HS - 351.
The Juniors high achievers were Martin
Papple, HA 189, Brad Fisher HT 696 and
HS 324 was Darcy Moulton.
At the PeeWee and ilantam. Banquet
held April 17 those receiving trophies for
outstanding. bowling are Pin Shooter, ( first
half of season) consisting of Karen
Livesey, James Fehr and Danielle McHar-
dy. The Team of Head Pins, Michael Otter-
bein and Tabetha Farrell won the second
half schedule.
The playoff champs called their team
The Best and proved,it. Helping to win was
Keith Venkiteswararr, Scott Da-v-id.,on,
Amy McHardie, Danielle McHardy and
James Fehr.
High Individual awards in the PeeWee
Division were Danny Davidson HA - 89,
Kathy Rivett HA - 89; James Fehr H Dou-
ble - 258; Jennifer Lamb HD - 235; High
singles were Nickie Wright and Mark
Mathers with 126.
Winners in the first half of season in they,
Bantam class were called "Bowling
Bombers" and team members included
Michael '`McCabe, Pat Glazier, Tara
Million, Jason Venkiteswaran and Ryan
Pollock.
Second half winners were named "The
Winners" and bowlers were Julie Fisher,

Maclnnis and Pat Smith.

The Ministry of Natural Resources is
planning to hold a series of open houses
across Ontario to present and review the
draft of the Lake Huron Fisheries Manage-
ment Plan.
The plan presents a lake -wide strategy
and acts as a guideline for more detailed
operational District Fisheries Management
Plans. It identifies objectives and. targets,
and management direction for their
GUARANTEED
TERM DEPOSITS

achievement. The direction given 'in this
strategy is the result of a consideration of all
feasible options. The preferred options
presented reflect the best judgement of the
lake's fisheries managers to. meet the pro-
posed targets within the capabilities of the
resource. •
