God saw them getting tired
When a cure was not to be
So he closed his arms around them
And whispered "Come to me".
They suffered much in silence
Their spirit did'not bend-.
They faced their pain with courage
Until the• very end.
They tried hard to stay
Their fight was all in vain
God took them to his loving home
And freed them from all pain.

'Agricultu?r'e.Minister John Wise announc-
ed that Farm Credit Corporation (FCC) in-
terest rates are being lowered immediately.
The interest rate charged for five-year
fixed interest term mortgages i`s 11 per cent. -
It had been 11 7/8 per cent since last June 10.
Loans under the Shared- Risk Mortgage pro-
gram are all 11 per cent, a drop of 1/4 of one
per cent. The rate for 10 -year fixed terms is
111 per cent, down from 12 3/8 per cent.
Loans with fixed terms of 15 years or more
have dropped from 121/2 to 111/2 per cent.
Farm syndicate loans for the joint pur-
chase of machinery and buildings by a
group - of three or more ,farmers 'are
available at an interest rate of ll per cent.
They were at 11 7/8 per cent.
"This is the fourth time in the past 18 mon-
ths that FCC interest rates have been reduc-
ed," stated Wise. "These are the lowest
rates being offered by the Corporation since
1979." -
Wise added "I think it is interesting to
note that the Shared Risk Mortgage pro-
gram hos proven to be so popular with FCC
clients. At year end some 21 per cent of the
loans approved by the Corporation were
under this program."
