application will be made to the
Legislative Assembly of the Province of
Ontario at its next regular Session
commencing in 1986 for an Act:
Dissolving the Huron County Library
Board on the first day of January
1987 and all the assets and liabilities
thereof be declared to have vested on
that date in the Corporation.
2. Deeming the Council of the Cor-
poration for the purposes of thel,
Pubic Libraries Act to be a Board of
a County Library and be deemed so
as of the first day of January, 1987.
This application will be considered by a
Standing Committee of the Legislative
Assembly. Any person who has an In-
terest in the application and wishes to
make submissions for or against the ap-
plication to the Standing Committee

at Kitchener -Waterloo Hospital on Wednesday,
March 5, 1986 in his 70th year. Beloved husband
of :ora (Whahy) rathe...f' Joh., .,4 Waterloo.
Allan of, Ottawa; Jennifer of Victoria, B.C. ,and
Bruce of Banff, Alberta. Also survived by 'two
grandchildren, brothers, Benjamin and Richard
of England. Predeceased by his first wife Win-
nifred (Pitblado); his parents, Victoria and
-William Stephens, four brothers and sisters.
Funeral service was held on Saturday, March 8 at
5t. Andrews Presbyterian Church, Kitchener. In-
terment Woodland Cemetery, Kitchener. Ar-
rangements were made through Edward R. Good
