January. thaw spoils fun
for sports enthusiasts,
For a week everyone enjoyed the
January thaw. Although it was not as ex-
tensiveas. itcould have been, it did help to
get rid of some of the high batiks along the
sides of the road. But now we have a fresh
supply of that beautiful white stuff, and a
lot of the winter sports that had to be
cancelled last week all seem to be coming
up now in the near future. Good luck to all
you winter sport fansand may you enjoy
the snout.
